Historic town house in the old town of Tazacorte


The newly renovated house is located in a restricted traffic area in the old town of Tazacorte. [Map] height above sea level 190 m. Climatic, Tazacorte is the most balanced place in La Palma. Winter warm, summer moderate. Shopping, restaurants, bus everything in the immediate vicinity. You can get along well without a car.

We planned the house for three to four guests. Each floor has a bedroom with its own bathroom. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two beds (80 x 200 cm), living room (TV, 3-seater sofa and armchair), bathroom and kitchen. On the upper floor is another bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), bathroom and the spacious terrace. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a two-burner stove (induction) and a microwave. There is a brick grill on the terrace, which can also be converted as a gas stove or plancha. Internet is possible for € 30 per stay, as WiFi or LAN in both bedrooms and living room. The ground floor has 3.10 m ceiling height and the original tiles. (Made in Tazacorte, which was a local specialty at the time). The house was built in 1905 and completely renovated in 2019, whereby we have preserved or reconstructed the old style as far as possible. It is not suitable for small children, the stairs are not adequately secured. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need (less than 300 meters): two supermarkets, pharmacy, hairdresser, restaurants of all price ranges, bars, etc.
